Our Return Policy
At ALL GOOD CO. we take pride in creating unique, made-to-order products just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design, or if you change your mind. However, we’re here to help if there’s an issue with your order!
Can I Return an Item?
We offer reprints or refunds for:
- Items that arrive damaged.
- Orders with manufacturing defects.
If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 30 days of delivery by submitting a request through our Contact Us page. Please include the following:
- A clear photo showing the issue.
- (If applicable) A photo or video showing all affected items in one frame, if the same issue affects multiple products.
What Happens After I Submit an Issue?

Refunds: If approved, refunds will be added to your ALL GOOD CO. account balance. You can use this balance for future orders or withdraw it to your original payment method.
Note: Refunds in currencies other than USD will be returned directly to your original payment source. - Reprints: We’ll produce a new item and ship it to you free of charge.
For Unsuccessful Deliveries
If your order couldn’t be delivered:
- You can request a reprint (an additional charge will apply).
- OR request a partial refund.
What We’re Responsible For
ALL GOOD CO. is responsible for:
- Ensuring your item arrives in the correct design, color, and size you selected.
- Replacing items with manufacturing defects or damage caused during shipping.
- Offering clear communication and quick resolution if you need support.
What You’re Responsible For
As the customer, you are responsible for:
- Double-checking your order details before completing the purchase (size, color, and design).
- Reporting any issues with your order within 30 days of delivery.
- Understanding that small variations in print placement (up to 0.5”) for Direct-to-Garment (DTG) items are normal and not considered defects.
